09.00 – 10.30 REGISTRAITION 
Display of mandatory equipment at Start area Långholmsmuren 2 (https://goo.gl/maps/i8KUvgJaoSn). Pickup of; number tags, swim caps, map, and plastic bag for your change. Changing clothes may be left here for storage during the race.

10.30 Race meeting
Is held at the start area

11.15 Hand in to the clothes storage (same place as registration)
Change of clothes should be placed in plastic bags provided by the organizer. Staff will guard your things all the time. However the organizers do not take the responsibility for valuables.

12.00 Start SPRINT  & LAST ONE STANDING

12.15 Start FULL DISTANCE

12.25 First teams are expected to finish the sprint (4K+0,5K)

13.15 Prize Giving SPRINT distance

15:15 First teams are expected to finish the full distance(30K+3K)

16:00 Cutoff for the participants that have not yet started swimming in Sjön Trekanten (swimming 11).

16.00 Prize Giving FULL distance

Mandatory equipment to be displayed on registration:
Whistle (only for full distance) – one per person
Wetsuits (only for full distance)- one per person
First aid kit (tourniquet) – at least one per team

Energy:
There will be 3 aid stations along the course + one extra drink station at swimleg 10. Aid station is market with star on the map. At each aid station you will find, water, sports drink and energy in form of a bar. At the finish we serve all participants, water, sports drink, coffee, cinnamon bun, fruit etc. Participantswho do the full distance will have pizza and soft drink as well.  

Parking 
Parking the car is most easily done at Hornstullstrand or at the campsite on Långholmen. Note that you must use Pålsundsbron to reach the campsite.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTS
The closest underground station is called Hornstull, about a 10 mins walk. Buses no 4, no 40 and no 54 stop close by.

SHOWERS AND CHANGING ROOMS
After the race you have the possibility that for a small fee (20 kr) use the showers and changing rooms at Långholmen Camping. 2-minute walk from the finish area. There are also free toilettes and outdoor showers at the beach (see map above). Before the race we recomend you to change outside at some of the big fields near the start. You will get shower gel in your goodie bag.  If you prefer to to take a swim in the lake afterwards it’s a good spot just 50 meters from the finish line.

Rules in short (sprint & full distance):

  • Race bibs must be worn visible all the time during the race
    Swimcaps must be worn visible during all the swims
  • The members of the team must under no circumstances be more than 20 meters apart, either on land or in the water.
  • All teams need to bring all their equipment from start to finish, if a team fail to bring all their equipment to the finish line they will be disqualified.
  • Floatation help that is bigger than 100 cm x 60 cm IS NOT ALLOWED
  • The participants must follow the marked course
  • By entering the race each team member accepts the rules in full.

The participants that do not follow the rules will be disqualified

Rules in short (Last One Standing):

  • Race bibs must be worn visible all the time during the race
    Swimcaps must be worn visible during all the swims. Safety buoy must be carried at every loop. Head lamps must be worn from dask to dawn.  Safety buoy and head lamps will be provided from the organizer.
  • The participants must follow the marked course
  • All contenders need to bring all their equipment from start to finish at every loop, if a contender fails to bring all their equipment to the finish line the contender will be disqualified.
  • It is therefor not allowed to leave or receive any equipment along the course. However the equipment can be different during the individual loops as long as no changes are done after starting the new loop.
  • In the start and finish area, the participant is allowed to store extra clothes and equipment for the race, there own energy etc. All things should be stored in a plastic box or bag. This should be marked with the bib number. The box or bag must not be larger than 100 * 60 * 60 cm. The organizer provides plastic bags but not boxes. A box is highly recommended. The contender is responsible for marking the box or bag with name and bib number.
  • By entering the race each team member accepts the rules in full.

The participants that do not follow the rules will be disqualified
